Shutlle service works well (it even will take you other places than the airport). This place has a gym second to none! Had a great work out with a room full of machines and equipment all to myself. I did not have a swim suit so missed out on that opportunity. The location is a bit funny as it does not really seem to be on the road that goes with its address. There is not much in easy walking distance although when I ventured out in the evening I had a great (and relatively inexpensive) time at the local Chilis. Had problems connecting to the INTERNET and the guest services assisted and I ended up with a free connection. Overall I would stay there again for early flight out of BWI.

This discreet airport hotel is my favorite in the country. They are a staff of stars but the restaurant staff holds it together and Arline, usually providing exceptional service at the Starbucks, bistro is their superstar. I have seen her unruffled with crowds and gentle with the rudest of customers.

The front desk staff is gracious and super friendly. Heck, their shuttle drivers are friendly and remember my name. They are hardworking and seem to multi-task and work well under pressure.

But when you want to tuck away and catch a breather before your departure or just hang out in the lobby...stop by and see Ms. Arline. She has treats, warmth, unwavering service and a smile.

Due to an early flight, I would not have time to eat breakfast at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel. Pam Sharps suggested an alternative: the hotel would provide me with a 'to-go' breakfast bag; quite healthy as well. Had Pam not been a proactive servant to this customer, I would have had to wait until arriving at the BWI Airport to grab a meal. Pam's attitude is definitely taking great care of her customers. Of course, it also means that if I return to this area, Pam will certainly see me again! Thanks Pam!

This Hilton is a decent option for a stay near the airport. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, going as far as helping us get a cheap phone card from the local 7-Eleven. The room was comfortable and spacious, although it was a little worn out. The beds were probably the best thing about the room. The shuttle was good, and they were happy to take you to wherever you wanted to go in the area. It was easy to get into Baltimore using the light rail. Only downsides were the poor shower and pool opening times. The shower did not have great pressure, and tended to be very hot or cool. We woke up early in the morning due to jet lag and wanted to use the pool, but it did not open until 10:00am. This made it completely useless, and disappointing. Overall, it was a good stay if you want to stay near BWI.
