The hotel location is convenient to Rt 295 and is one of a dozen name brand hotels in the area.
We reserved a 2 bed single room plus a rollaway bed for one night. I confirmed this with the hotel directly and got a very good rate using AAA.
Upon checkin, we were told that we could not have a rollaway bed due to it being a fire hazard. After a "brief discussion", we were upgraded to a king suite with a sofa bed that could accommodate a rollaway bed which was a reasonable solution.
We got to the room and it was really nice except that the sofa was just a sofa and not a bed.
Eventually we just asked for an extra set of sheets and one of us slept on the couch.
For one night, this wasn't a really big deal considering that the room was, otherwise, very nice. Also, Pierre at the front desk handled the situation as best as he could.
However, if the person on the phone had told us that we couldn't fit a rollaway bed in the room that we booked, I would have booked a different room or a different hotel altogether.
