My friend and I chose this place because of proximity and the fact that from their website, it looked as if it was a really nice sit-down restaurant with waitstaff, etc. Well, it was a sit-down restaurant only in the sense that there were a few tables and chairs for you to sit and eat, but they were very utilitarian and certainly not for a long chat with an old friend. It's the type of place where you go up to the counter, order your food, and then get it when it's ready to either take it to a table and eat it...quickly, or, more frequently, as take out.
On the good side, the food was OK...nothing special, but the prices were cheap and there was plenty of it. The atmosphere (or lack there of in this case), however, was the pits. At one point, we even smelled cigarette smoke from somewhere within the place, even though it's in Maryland, where I think the whole state is now no smoking in eateries.
