The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with internet access, a full-sized refrigerator, two-burner stove, and a dishwasher. The hotel includes an excercise facility, laundry room, an "honor-system" convenience store, and airport shuttle service. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. I was greeted by name when I checked out in the morning--before I handed over my key or any other identifying paperwork. I was extremely happy with my stay.

Potential downsides:
The hotel is located in an area that consists largely of corporate offices and other hotels. There aren't many restaurants in walking distance. I ate at the Holiday Inn nearby.
As their name implies, they are near an airport, so there is noise from planes flying overhead. I used to live near an airport, so I barely notice, but if you're bothered by this, you're probably better off somewhere else.

I was about to write a bad review complaining that the hotel advertised an airport shuttle but it didn't begin until 7:00 AM. They told me I had to get a cab. 5 minutes later they called my room and told me they had a cab for me at 6:30 AM and they were paying for it.

They also told me that they only provided a shuttle to the airport and to the light rail. However, the girl that drove the shuttle volunteered to take me 1 mile away to a restaurant, which I appreciated very much. I hope the tip I gave her showed it.

No problems with this hotel. Clean and well equipped with Internet, fridge, microwave, etc.

If there was a negative with not only this hotel but any Candlewood is that there is no breakfast that HI express or Hampton has.

My wife and I have been to this hotel on two ocaasions. The Rooms are clean, comfortable and the hotel while not fancy, is clean. The staff were helpful, there is a mini-mall 5 minutes away with a movie theater, gas, mini-grocery. 15 minutes to the Inner Harbor.
