“Great Service, Great Rooms”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2010

I stayed at Springhill Suites for 2 nights in November 2009 for my wedding. Upon checking in with my bridesmaids I informed the front desk about the nuptials and they made every effort to make sure my room/wedding party had everything we needed! The night prior to my wedding some of my out of town bridesmaids stayed with me and the room was big and spacious enough to hold the 4 of us.
My reservation was a 2 bedroom suite to include a kitchenette and living room which had a pull out sofa. The day of my wedding, the staff at this hotel called several times just to check and make sure we didn't need anything. Did I mention the tropical storm?!?!? My wedding took place during Tropical Storm Ida, and when it was time for us to depart the hotel for the wedding venue, the front desk staff made sure we had umbrellas for our 10 ft walk from the front door to the Limousine.
A bride could not have asked for a better hotel experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at Springhill Suites Sept 18-20 for 2 Red Sox/O's games. Great hotel and wonderful people. The front desk was very helpful and the shuttle drivers were awesome. They would take us to the store when needed and had great restaurant recommendations. Everyone there always had true smiles on their faces. The rooms were perfect, oh the bed, aahhh and the pillows aahh never slept so good. I liked how the shower and toilet were in a separte room so you could use the sink and hair dryer to get ready while the other was in the shower.

Springhill Suites has new beds and they are great! The suite is a perfect size for 2 (although I was solo), 2 queen beds, small sitting/desk/TV area, good sized bathroom, and again, GREAT BEDS.

We got in here late after arriving from the airport. Nice room set-up with kitchen and sitting area semi separated from the sleeping area. TV didn't work, but we didn't care, so didn't call the front desk about it. Let them know the next morning. Great breakfast with oatmeal with walnuts, cranberries, and cinnamon to put in. Really liked that. Freindly staff, busy place. Great rate for off-season weekend, but weekday rates much higher.

Recently stayed here for one night over Thanksgiving weekend. Had a nice room with two queen beds, sitting area and a small kitchenette. The room was very clean and the beds nice and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and great waffles. Overall nice stay for one night, but I did have problems with the tub not draining well and told front desk about it on my check out. I would reccommend this hotel and would stay again.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one night with our 8-year old granddaughter. The staff was very courteous and friendly and the room, although a bit small was clean and very well lit. Pillows were a bit soft. We had a king-size bed and there is a small kitchenette in the room. Very quiet room. Well ventilated for heating/cooling. It is convenient to the interstates and near the restaurants in Linthicum. The pool was a nice size, but a bit chilly. It was open all day and has a life guard on duty whenever it is opened as apparently required by Maryland law. The free breakfast was more than adequate. Do-it-yourself waffles, sausage, biscuits, cereal, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

  • Liked — Clean, quiet, conveniently located hotel.
  • Disliked — Soft pillows

This is a nice hotel in a quiet location and only a 10-15 minute drive to Fort Meade. I could not hear any airplane noise like I could in other hotels close to BWI. The pool is well maintained and lifeguard staffed. The hot tub is really hot! Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Baltimore is only 15-20 minutes away! I will stay here again.
