My wife and I stayed at this hotel because of its econmical park-and-fly program ($89). The front desk "forgot" to give us a wake-up call. Fortunately we woke up on time to make our $6:30 am flight. The shuttle did not pick us up at the airport on our return. We waited more than a half-hour in the exhaust fumes outside departures at BWI until we finally rented a cab. The shuttle arrived at the hotel shortly after we did, then sped away as if the driver had forgotten something - or the front desk had forgotten to notify him that we were waiting. There are too many park-and-fly hotels at BWI to use La Quinta again.
