We stayed here 1 night for a concert at Fedex field. The hotel was sold out and when we arrived for check-in around 3, there was only 1 person working the desk and a line of 6 people. This was not her fault, but the scheduling person fault. How do you have one person working the desk, when check in is at 3 and you are sold out? The room was very nice and clean, the TV channels terrible and our sleep number beds worked fine. Shuttle was provided to and from the concert for a small fee and worth every penny, loved the shuttle driver. When we arrived back a little after 11 bar and kitchen closed. Again, why in the world would you close these knowing you are sold out and the majority people staying are going to a concert that wouldn't be over until 10:30-11? Almost every person coming back was looking for food or a cocktail. A very nice security guard found us a menu from a place that delivered. I know many people ordered from there or other delivery pizza. I'm not sure what management was thinking closing bar/kitchen so early knowing he/she was going to have busloads coming back around 11. I guess making some extra money was not worth staying open. The hotel was nice, no complaints about room other than tv, lobby area and bar (when it was open) was very nice, clean. Employees very nice, but cannot understand how management works....

First let me take this opportunity to thank you for being our guests for the concert. My sicerest apologies for the slow service at check in with your experience or lack of with our restaurant and lounge being closed when you returned.

Unfortunately I made the wrong decision based on last year's demand to not keep outlets open after normal hours. After reviewing comments from guests, I can promise you that we will be open late next year.
