“Great hotel for Redskins game”

We've stayed at this hotel twice now, once this year and for the first time last year. We've stayed at other hotels in the area close to stadium and by far this one is the best. Thats why we came back this year, and will return next year! We go to a redskins game once a year and we've found our nitch there (coming from PA so we always end up staying after the game). Very close to the stadium, nice grounds, pretty easy to find, close to an outlet shopping center with clothing stores/wegmans grocery store/beer&wine stores, etc. The rooms a decent as well. We book through hotels.com and seem to get pretty good prices. The restaurant/bar is small but cozy, food is pretty good too but not a big menu. In all, I'd recommend this hotel!

Hotel is nice. Nothing over the top. It did have an inside pool which was nice because of cold weather. The hotel is also close to the freeway. Bedroom had a bed, couch, flat screen. Also had the phone app to use phone as a remote.

I am staying here right now and unfortunately will be checking out Thursday morning cuz i booked thru priceline. (if i had known i would book this hotel again, i would not have selected this area when i book it) I've asked three different receptionists for a fax service. They tried and never succeeded. When i book this hotel, one of the amenities is fax service!!!!! What the hell is wrong with fax machine?? I know fax is not the big part of the hotel service but this is ridiculous and it needs to be working cuz there gonna be lots of complaints and dissatisfactions caused by this kinda wrong fax service!!! I am so pissed off and totally dissatisfied with all the service. Using the Internet? Gosh!! Need to pay $6.99 for only 24 hrs. It gets higher in proportion to days u use. I mean...it's ridiculous! I never felt any kindness, politeness, and service mind from nobody!!!!!! I swear god that i will never stay here again!!!!!

I have stayed in many hotels, but this by far has been the worse! We stayed on the 5th floor where you need key card access to get to, what a joke! Kids running up and down the hall. Awoke one night to very loud laughter and noise, banging, etc. the guest next door were having a party at 2a.m.. I called the front desk and the person was very rude and seemed as if she was irritated that I made the call and never did apologize. Our sleep number bed didnt work and was never repaired. We went to leave one evening and our door would not lock, we had to wait 30 minutes for maintenance to repair it.We called room service at 2 in the afternoon and they were closed but the menu said they were open from 6am to 10 pm. Oh and if you get in late in the evening you will not find a parking space. We stayed here for a week for a wedding but I would not recommend this property nor will I ever stay here again!

great price from Priceline, The staff was exceptional, The hotel was very clean. They provide sleep # beds, loved the pool, The restaurant needs a better variety of food, especially for closet diabetics, there was nothing on the menu I could enjoy on vacation. My overall experience was 10/10. Location was great for us. Not far from Wegmans a must shop for light meals. I want one in philly.

Room Tip: Just ask about the room you will be getting, I found that it helps.

We also stayed at this hotel Aug 12-13, 2012. We rode the elevator down to the lobby Monday morning w/a couple who informed us that all 4 tires had been stolen off of their SUV and it had been left on blocks. Another lady stated that her car had the windows busted out. We went to check on our vehicle, which fortunately for us, had all of its tires and no damage. There was an SUV 8 spaces down from us, with tires gone and up on blocks.
We understand form the folks with damages, that the hotel only has cameras on the front of the bldg - which would basically cover the circular driveway and very limited parking area. The majority of the parking available is on the side and rear of the bldg. For the price that we paid for the room, I would expect to have outside cameras around entire bldg. If they expect return customers, they should be able to ensure the safety of their customers and their property. Cameras would greatly assist with this. We will not be recommending this hotel - nor will we stay there again.

Horrible area to stay in. We stayed at this hotel Aug 12-13, 2012 and walked out to our car to leave and saw that 15 cars had been broken into over night along with 2 SUV's sitting on cinder blocks with no tires!!!! Ours being one of them. The hotel staff was incredible rude and unhelpful during this time. The manager of this hotel didn't even feel the need to come into work early to help her customers. This hotel is suppose to have security... Clearly they don't.

I would never ever stay at this hotel again and I recommend you don't either!!!!
