We went for my 12 yr old's birthday, but not buy the upgrade package for the special occasion. They start at an additional $10 pp. They ask you to get here an hour ahead of time, really so you can get your seating ticket and shop the giftshop - think Disney world. So much bigger than I'd imagined!
It was a great 1hr 45 min show with great horse show, some dressage, prancing, etc. The games were really good, and it's fun to divide the room into sections to cheer for a certain knight. The jousting at the end was fun, they use easily breakable jousting sticks then end with a sword fight. My kids had a ball.
The food was better than expected! Soup, chicken, a sparerib, garlic bread, a pastry and a soda/tea + coffee.
Highly recommended for special occasions.
