I eat here regularly since it's around the corner from work. I find the food is always hot and fresh and the service is always friendly. My favorite is the boneless chicken kabobs. One suggestion, call ahead. Since everything is made to order it takes time, but it is worth it.

I often get the vegetarian option, but never has it been as flavorful as at Maiwan~ I also got one of the appetizers that was quite good--the bolani--one with scallions and the other with potatoes...quite good!
The food is authentic and delicious. I kinda wish that it was a real sit-down place, and not a "get your stuff at the counter yourself" place. With the prices being so high, you should be able to sit at a table that's clean and with real silverware!
Seriously though, the food is amazing!

FoodVery good food. Very long wait. Poor service. If you are in a hurry do not go here. Kabob is delicious. Rice with raisins and cinnamon is very tasty. A bit too pricey for the amount of food and type of service. If not in a hurry it is worth the wait.
