“Excellent and Authentic Indian Food at an Affordable Price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2012

The restaurant is located 2 miles from the Arundel Mills Mall and across the street from "The Hotel" at Arundel (a fantastic place to stay).
The atmosphere is casual and friendly. Many guests from India show that the food is authentic and according to their taste.
We loved the vegetarian dishes (you can select the intesity of the spices).
Prices were fair.

“Very good Indian food for the US!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2012

We have tried many Indian restaurants in the US and most of them are nothing like the Indian food in India or the UK...

This is actually a very good Indian restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised.

The service was prompt/very good and the food was tasty and spicy.

My wife had the Chicken Korma with a Peshwari Naan and I had the Shrimp Tikka Masala with a Keema Naan. Both were very good and the Mango Chutney was good quality instead of the usual watered down version you normally get served in pseudo-Indian restaurants over here.

Parking was fine, but we arrived around 9pm and there were plenty of free spaces... not sure how it would be during lunch as there are not a huge amount of parking spaces in the area...

We would definitely come back when flying in and out of BWI and if you are looking for some reasonably authentic Indian food, this is a pretty good option! :-)

“Great food and atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012 via mobile

My wife and I went to Rangoli for dinner at the recommendation of a friend. The food was very good as was the atmosphere. Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Korma were both good. Definitely will return here again.

“Won't be Back”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2012

There's lots of food on the buffet at lunchtime. The chili chicken was nearly addictive. Everything else was average Indian buffet. The server might just not have spoken English or he might have merely been a cold arrogant jerk. I don't know. Or care. Now as for parking...awful. You either park near the place, but you can only park 30 minutes, or you have to park in a parking garage quite some distance away. Even if you're handicapped. Not too welcoming at all.

I shan't be back.

“Great Food for a Reasonable Price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2012 via mobile

Just enjoyed the lunch buffet at Rangoli and we are happy to have finally found a fantastic Indian restaurant that isn't in Columbia, but closer to home. The restaurant is small but packs a big punch with the quality and taste of the cuisine. There were approximately 7 dishes available, plus dessert, and naan is brought to your table. The service is great and the host was very approachable with requests. And to top it all off, they served us fresh dhosa!
