“Billing errors and non-functional TVs”

I booked a queen room through ramada.com. I was moved to three separate rooms because TVs did not work. Final room they put me in was a King and I was charged for a King room! I have yet to receive a refund for this.

“Older property...cold shower”

This is an older property in need of some updating although it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was very disappointed in the morning that the shower was lukewarm and later discovered that my colleagues all had the same problem. Brrrr! Ended up at this hotel because of the price but next time I will pay a little more to make sure I get a hot shower in the morning.
