“Excellent Service”

I spent 5 days at this property for business and found the service to be excellent. The rooms are clean and fairly new. The lobby décor is fresh and inviting. BUT it’s the staff that makes it wonderful.
On my first night, the chef (Rome) came out and asked for any special dinner requests. I asked if he could do crab cakes and he said, no problem. They were delicious and I was impressed with the service. Also, Ro at the bar is fabulous and understands customer service quite well. Finally, Ester went out of her way to find a local spa nearby. I took the shuttle several times and found the drivers to be very courteous. I would definitely stay here again when in BWI.

Great location, with lots to do near by. Clean and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. GREAT VALUE! Love the walk in shower. Staff was very helpful. Large group was staying the same week-end we stayed but the hotel was not noisy. Casino voucher was nice. The patio was also a nice touch. Would book again with no hesitation.

Stayed at this hotel on August 14, 2013. Hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport and was very quick about it. At check in they did not have my credit card pre-authorization I had sent them but I luckily brought a copy with me. Staff was very nice and the hotel is spotless. Business center is nice for printing out airport boarding passes, and they have a fitness center and indoor pool. Rooms were large and very clean. They have restaurant/bar for breakfast, lunch, dinner and also grab and go options for any time of day. Very Good experience here and I would defiantly come back.

Room Tip: Use the hotel shuttle often. The shuttle takes guest anywhere within 5 miles including the airport...

I stayed at the Hanover Hilton Garden Inn while participating in a nearby charity golf tournament.
My room was spotless and comfortable espcially the bed. All staff were genuinely friendly, attentive and helpful. The lobby was well designed and inviting for gathering with friends.
The airport shuttle was on time, clean and modern.
Stay here!

Secluded and away from the main intersections and shopping activity. Two short blocks from Casino Live at Arundel Mills Mall. Near banks, various dining and shopping options. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Staff is friendly, pleasant and helpful.

This was the first Hilton Garden Inn we have stayed at. The facility was nice and new. It was somewhat difficult to find even with GPS. Drove by it twice before we realized where it was. The rooms were very nice. The one thing we did find was that the mattresses in this facility were not as comfortable as those in other properties. These mattresses had dials to control the firmness but I did not feel much difference. We did like the bathrooms and the glass shower that the room had. Normally we have tub with shower but this had a tile and glass enclosed shower.

Please accept my sincere apologize for the confusion with the GPS. Since our hotel is relatively new some GPS have difficulty identifying businesses in our area. I am glad you enjoyed our facility, rooms and glass enclosed showers.

Our maintenance team recently inspected all of our mattresses to ensure function and comfort and at this time our mattresses are fully functional and good to go.

Minor issues: The AC was busted in the elevators and elevator bays and so it smelled a bit stuffy. It's one of those things that would've been annoying if the staff hadn't been supurb, but since they were, it was minor.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. It was obvious that David, the night auditor/front desk person, had been having a very busy evening with lots of requests. Despite the harried pace of covering for personnel who were out, he was very polite, apologized for the wait (it was not a long wait at all) while in line to check in, and made sure I was very happy with the stay.

Also, Ron the chef is friendly, ready to help out any guest, and makes a mean omelet and anything else you'd want! I usually don't eat breakfast, but was glad I did! All in all, a wonderful experience.

This is a great location, especially if you are needing access to the mall and casino. There's a free shuttle that takes you.
