I stayed June 26-29 with a family of 5. I had a 2 bedroom suite that is not on all counts comparable to the previous suites I stayed in the past. The bedrooms are very small and there is only one bath. Talked to the receptionist and she stated that all 2 bedroom sites had only one bath...amazing. You cannot build a home on a septic system with a family of 4 and one bath, let alone a family of 5. I cannot believe that city and county codes allow this for a hotel. Can you imagine the wait when someone is in the shower, using the bathroom, shaving, etc. I had no idea the rooms where this small for a 2 BEDROOM SUITE; MARRIOTT. I had a bigger suite at the Sleep Inn and was much cheaper and newly remodeled. The other issue is they furnished me with 4 towels for a family of 4. You think that is funny...I had 3 towels when I was at this particular Marriott in the past, traveling alone. I really hope this is not the mentality of management to furnish more towels for less occupants and less towels for more occupants. My Iron was leaking all over the place and my Ironing board was bent (felt like ironing clothes on an incline with a leaky iron)...yes I complained and they replaced them. I really loved the Marriott brand until I experienced 3 nights of tight quarters. Oh another thing, I don't believe my dishware was completely stocked...no inventory list to confirm. The only management experience I have is military (21 years) Warrant Officer. We may expect more from hotel management because I believe we deserve for any hotel management to go above and beyond to accommodate everyone...not just military veterans. To overlook a bent ironing board is unacceptable. We are paying for a product that deserves delivery of a great stay for a hard earned vacation. If I received this accommodations free, I have nothing to complain about. 2 BEDROOM SUITE, 179 + TAX PER NIGHT, ONE BATH ACCOMMODATES 6 (I had 5)...I SUGGEST YOU TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY, THIS IS NOT WORTH THE COSTS. I HAD MUCH BETTER SQFT TO SQFT...FOR LESSER COST. My expectation balloon for the Marriott Brand had just burst.
