“Just completed our fourth stay here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2013

Every year on route to Florida, we stay at this hotel. The rooms, beds, staff and complimentary breakfast are awesome and very reasonably priced. It's seconds off of the I-81 with a great choice of restaurants and shopping close by.

Room Tip: There are rooms with both two double beds or two queen beds so make sure you pick the right one.

This hotel was actually very nice. The rooms were big, had two armchairs, frig, microwave and lots of tv channels. Had every amenity for the bathroom including toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast was average but had choices. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for my sons wedding. We rented two rooms one for us and another for our daughter and her boyfriend. There was some bad communications somewhere because they could not find us or our rooms. Stacy was able to help us with that after calling her to request a microwave be placed in our room. When we arrived at the hotel they were very friendly and right on top of things. The hotel was clean and smelled good. We were on the sixth floor with a nice view. The room was clean but my wife did find a bottle cap under the bed. The beds were nice and comfortable which was nice because I became ill and spent along time in it. The only complaint I have was there was no couch and the two chairs were very narrow. Not easy for us big folks. The bathroom was clean and roomy. I am disabled and it was large enough to get my rollator into it. Overall it was pretty handicap friendly. The only thing I might suggest is more wheelchair ramps and maybe more handicapped parking places. The Fireside restaurant was nice that is connected to the hotel but the hours it was open could have been longer. The free breakfast was great. The internet was easy to use and had a good strong signal. I would recommend this hotel for anyone in the Hagerstown area,

Comfortable, immaculate, excellent staff and service, generous breakfast, great price , but the real clincher is the guest laundry, 2 washers &dryers offered gratis! Already stayed here more than once, would gladly do so again!

Room Tip: it fills up quickly, so be sure to reserve your room asap.

We have attended this Ramada for five years straight in October for the Mid Atlantic carnival glass convention.. Jerry has been there each and every time.. He actually welcomes us by name when we arrive...He has gone out of his way to give us the most pleasurable experience we could have had. Three years ago when the power went out he rose into action and issued flash lights and still made the stay exciting. Give him a raise and make sure he stays on your staff. A asset to your company. Along with Jerry, Norma the maid was extremely cordial and made us feel at home...She also needs a pat on the back...Very nice person...
