“Great stay! Breakfast just ok!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2014

This hotel suited us just fine. A little hard to find among the mall parking lot ,but a nice place. The staff was great. The room are bigger than most, very comfortable, and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool which was not big but the water do not seem fresh. It was like a sauna in the pool area not for those who did not want to swim.
Breakfast was the only down fall for me, because I like eggs. The scrambled eggs were like yellow rubber with no taste. I tried them and so did a few others in our group but they were terrible. If I was the corporate management I would switch to a different brand real soon. The hard boil done I tried was rubbery as well ...probably held too long in refrigerator. If you take the eggs out of the menu ...the rest of a large selection of offerings was very good. Fruits, cold cereal, waffles, sausage, potato's, muffins etc. and usual beverage choices were all good.
Free coffee, cocoa along with free cookies in lobby was a nice home feeling....at anytime. Apples and bananas in the morning were good too.
We would stay again without hesitation.

Room Tip: Lower level ...elevator was a bit slow.

Traveled to Hagerstown for an overnight stay. Arrived late in the evening. Shelley got me checked in quickly and in no time I was in my room.

Upon inspection, the bedding was clean as was the rest of the room. The was a small patch job near the ceiling of the bathroom, but overall the room was great!

I didn't get the opportunity to use the pool, gym or business center, but they looked in great shape.

The breakfast room was pleasing to the eye and the lady who was attending it was happy and extremely pleasant. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage links, cereal, waffles, coffee, 3-4 kinds of juices, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, Danish, muffins, toast, English muffins, bagels and cream cheese -- ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM!

I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again! $50 cheaper than the Courtyard by Marriott on the same grounds!!!

We stopped at this hotel as a pit stop during a long trip to North Carolina. It was a nice place to crash for the the night, and get some sleep. Although we didn't use many amenities, we did enjoy the continental breakfast the next morning. The breakfast had a lot of diverse options and the woman who runs the breakfast was very nice and personable. In fact, all of the staff was quite attentive to the hotel guests.

We had a great night here - we'll definitely stay here again the next time we're passing through. The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly - at check in and the next day at breakfast. Our son really enjoyed the pool, which was very clean, and new.

I walked into a beautiful lobby with a roaring fireplace. Shelly checked me in , and even though I didn't have a reservation, she was quick to get me in. The rate was great and the room clean. The breakfast in the morning was more than what I'm used to getting. The breakfast lady was a delight. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is very clean, we'll decorated and has all the amenities the chain offers. Large rooms, great mattresses, fridge, microwave. There is a large mall nearby as well as a Kohl's, Ross and Christmas tree store. A Golden Corral and Olive Garden within walking distance. Friendly staff and a great breakfast with cheese omelets,a nice change from the. "usual".
