The one thing you will notice first off is the sheer volume of choices. They have all the Chinese dishes you'd expect to see (orange chicken, beef with broccoli, sweet and sour pork, sesame chicken, etc) along with a Mongolian BBQ station, a Sushi Station, and American food choices. The Sushi station features rolls (about 6-8 different) and Nagiri. There are also several things you wouldn't expect to see, like steamed crawfish, BBQ chicken legs and seafood alfredo noodles. They one thing they have that I've never seen anywhere is a scoop your own ice cream freezer and the kids really liked that. It was like having an ice cream shop at dinner. There were a few things we didn't like, but being that it's a buffet, if there's a dish you don't like, you can go and get something else.
