I'm very sorry that your experience at our hotel was not a better one. Although our website does show that we are not a pet-friendly hotel, we try to accomodate all of our guests to the best of our ability. We were unaware of any problems with your heater, but we'll have our maintenance staff promptly check it out. Thanks for your review.

I'm very sorry that this happened to you. Our computer somehow took an additional authorization when you checked in. I can assure you that this is not typical and was just a weird occurence. We do not ever want to tie up anyone's money. Thanks.
