“pleasantly predictable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

After a day's driving we had dinner at about 8pm (after rush hour). Service was very efficient, courteous and attentive. It took a while for our meals to come out. This Bob Evans was almost identical in layout to others we have eaten at in times past. Menu the same. Quality of food was quite good: "home-cookin'", well prepared and presented. The main restaurant was clean and tidy. Bathrooms could have been better taken care of, though. There were no unpleasant surprises; food was good; service was prompt. What you're looking for when driving on a long trip.

“Great Lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013

Stopped in for a late lunch around 3:00 PM. Place was clean, the service was fast, attentive and friendly. Our food was fresh and very good. Not bad at all for a Bob Evans.

“Poor Service and Food Quality”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

This was my 3rd time here in 4 years. The other location is further from our home and I was on a schedule today. Eac prior visit served poor food with poor service-this time wth no exception. Place was not busy, barely greeted-like I was bothering her, waitress very flighty, brought dirty cup with my drink, hard to get refills and food-poor poor poor. Food dried out, hard, cheese not melted. Asked to speak to somone and waitress "disappeared" and never returned. Cashier asked how food was and when I said terrible, she said "That will be 14.37". Crazy! Was supposed to be a nice am out but not. Would not reommend this location. Try other Hagerstown location close to I81 for good food and service!

“OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

We live outside where the Bob Evans chain reaches, so instead of going to Denny's (a chain that is in our area) for breakfast, we chose this for change of pace. What we got, in both service and food quality, I would assume is typical for the chain. The service was a little laid back and kind of slow. My husband ordered the all you can eat pancakes, but we weren't checked on very often to see if he wanted more. They also have one kind of syrup, which was disappointing. I had a pot roast sandwich and cup of soup. The sandwich was yummy, but the soup wasn't impressive. If we are in an area with a Bob Evans again, we'd probably give it another try.

“Breakfast was very good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2013

We went there for a late breakfast and everyone enjoyed it. The portions are able and quite tasty. Our server was very friendly and made the visit even more memorable.
