ESA-Glen Burnie has been a very enjoyable place to stay. I have been here 7 weeks now on business and its been like a second home. The staff has been great! Sabrina provides excellent customer service and always greets you with a smile. Pauline does an exceptional job and always goes above and beyond with her housekeeping duties.

ESA-Glen Burnie made my stay a very pleasant one. I was there for 11 days and was very pleased with the staff and housekeeping. If I have to do it again; I would request the same hotel. The location surved my purpose wonderfully. That being my first time staying and working in Baltimore; I could not have asked for a better location.

I have been staying here 4-5 days a week for 2-3 months. This is much more convenient to me and more like home than a normal hotel room. Sabrina works the front desk on Sundays when I check in . She is always friendly,polite, and accomodating,(she even knows my room preference ) .There is one issue that I wish they would resolve.When I first started staying here,there were 2 luggage carts.1 was removed from service about a month ago.When I checked in last night ,the other cart was missing ,and was nowhere to be found.It is very aggravating to make so many trips back and forth(and I usually stay on the first floor).The only other drawback,to me, is that the mattresses are too firm.

the extented stay america hotel is so good..the personnel and crew are nice people...the room are clean new renovation with wide screen tv in room...and have free breakfast and coffee.. fruits...in all are so good.
