Our soccer team stayed for one night this past weekend, the services was great! Everybody was very nice. Rooms were very very clean. The continental free breakfast was nice too, the hostess I'm pretty sure her name is Elizabeth, was very helpful with everybody especially our kids, she was smiling all the time ready to help, nice nice lady. Thank you we appreciate it the service and we will come back!

We have stayed at this hotel for 13 or 14 years with about 100 students for their DC trip. We had no idea the hotel had been renovated and were shocked to see how awesome it looked! The evening staff that met us was awesome! They made all of the chaperones and students feel welcomed and at home. The breakfast was outstanding! The hotel did a phenomenal job accommodating our students and adults.

We did have some frustration in working out the details of our stay with the hotel, but once we actually got to the hotel...the experience was awesome! We would definitely consider staying at this hotel for the trip next year. It is a great hotel.

Going through an amazing update to their hotel - great location, friendly staff - great place to stay. If you are on a business trip, you will be happy to see various shopping and eating options located close to the hotel.

The afternoon and evening staff at this hotel are the friendliest I have ever met...and I don't mean just professional and courteous, which they are, I mean friendly. If you travel a lot as I do, you may also value the human touch. This is as good as I've ever seen in an American chain. The hotel has recently undergone renovation and they have done a great job of opening up and furnishing the lobby.
