Going through an amazing update to their hotel - great location, friendly staff - great place to stay. If you are on a business trip, you will be happy to see various shopping and eating options located close to the hotel.

The afternoon and evening staff at this hotel are the friendliest I have ever met...and I don't mean just professional and courteous, which they are, I mean friendly. If you travel a lot as I do, you may also value the human touch. This is as good as I've ever seen in an American chain. The hotel has recently undergone renovation and they have done a great job of opening up and furnishing the lobby. The hotel is very convenient for business in the Germantown/Gaithersburg/Rockville area as it is just seconds off I270

I love Hampton Inn...the King room was smaller than I'm used to and it had no refridgerator or microwave. But the service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was excellent as always. At $139.00 a night, it just seemed pricey for the size and lack of usual amenities.

Very good location for business travel. Great location off Germantown main road. Would likely stay again! The beds were extremely clean, though the hotel looks a bit run down. Some renovations were happening while we were there, so that is good for the future of the hotel.
Looks like a place you stay at if you were traveling for business. I especially liked the shuttlem but had a rental so didnt need to use it.
