Pool hours are the only thing to complain about...not open until late afternoon.
If you are wanting to travel to Discovery Sports Complex...this is a great location.

WOW! I have been going to the hampton inn for many years now and property is in need of a face lift. Looks like its finally going to get what it needs. They just completed a brand new fitness center, new floors, new walls, new workout equipment. Simply beautiful! I spoke to the manager and he informed me of the soon to come renovation. Hope it actually happens. Overall very impressed.

Pros:
-Staff was friendly and very compassionate towards my needs, especially Juan and Elizabeth! Elizabeth has a perfect personality to start your day in a positive way!
-Fitness Center is awesome, one of the nicest I have used in all my travels!
-Breakfast was perfect every day!
Cons:
-The bathroom could use more lights, especially in the shower area.
-Extremely busy hotel with charter buses always arriving and leaving (not the hotel's fault, that's why they are in this business)
Something that is somewhat out of the control of the hotel is the fact that some of the people that come in on charter buses are extremely noisey at all hours of the night! The hotel tries hard to eliminate this issue but it is nearly impossible because there are so many arriving on these buses.
-This is not a smoke-free hotel. Please, just elminate the smoking inside the hotel on all floors!

The staff at his hotel is very welcoming and they really go out of their way to help us with our needs. They are also very professionnal and friendly. All 4 girls at the front desk are awsome specially Elisabeth and Nana. We are looking forward to come back next year for some more vacations. They handle stress very well, even with two bus load of persons. The hotel is very clean. We definitelly recommend this hotel.
