“Newest burger place in Germantown, MD”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013

You have a LOT of dining choices in Germantown. Seems like the whole Town Center is restaurants. A block from the Five Guys, the new Kraze Burger offers highly customizable burgers (meat, turkey, tofu, etc.), buns, and extras. I had the signature Bulgogi burger, and it was excellent.

“Good burgers OK Fries”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

The burgers were definitely different. First, they are good medium well..not well done. Then they add a special sauce.. I really liked the burger and sauce. The burger was very juicy but not undercooked. The sauce added a nice bit of flavor without overpowering the burger. The fries were not so good. The regular fries were average for fries. No where near as good as Five Guys Fries. The sweet potato fries were over cooked...more like McDonalds fries. It was a bit more expensive here than Five Guys but not much.

My only real complaint is that they served the meals in bits. First came out the burgers, then awhile later my wife's salad (which she really liked) then a bit later the fries. It would be better to serve everything at once. One kid was almost done with his burger ny the time the fries arrived.

“Horrible”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

What a waste of money. The burgers were overpriced and poor quality. They brag about the hamburger buns, in truth it seemed like a plain white bread bun. The meat and sauce combined to make a salty and greasy meal. The sodas were pricey and small.
The wood filled room and high ceilings combined to make a very noisy environment.
The staff was friendly and tried hard.
Will not return.
