The staff at the Gaithersburg Wyndham was so friendly and helpful. We called in advance for some questions about getting to and from DC for the inauguration. They were more than happy to help. Our group utilized the free shuttle service twice during our stay. The driver had a smile on his face each time and gave us tips about the best places to eat in the area.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We needed extra blankets and towels and the front desk staff was courteous and quick in providing them.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we are back in the area!

The hotel itself is very nice, and great staff, however, manager, Imran, is highly unprofessional, and is very rude to come in contact with. Overall, nice facility, great excersice room, visit in winter, couldn't enjoy the pool!

Great value. Great staff. However, make sure you take everything out of your car. My car was broken into in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Aside from few stolen personal items, there was at least $700 worth of damage done to my car (broken window, broken window regulator). The damage was more then the items taken. The hotel said they are not liable or responsible. Ok fine. However, the parking lot is probably the oddest parking lot of any hotel I have ever stayed in. NO WINDOWS face the parking lot. Making the parking lot a great playground for criminal activity. There are no cameras and there are not security guards on duty. If you stay here, don't be fooled by the business class atmosphere. I would be definitely be concerned about walking to and from your car late at night. When I called the police I was told there was no guarantee as to when they could get there (and that it could be more than few hours). But that I could fill out a police report on line (say what?). Not a great experience to go through when you stop for the night on a road trip. I grew up (and live) in NYC and I never leave anything in my car.
