Who is writing these good reviews?? Don't believe it.
Our family booked connecting rooms for two nights, one king and one double. To our surprise the door connecting the two rooms was fully blocked by a sofa bed. It could open only a crack. When we called the front desk and they came up to take a look, they said they couldn’t do anything – there was no place to move the sofa. We finally moved the sofa ourselves (found a broken plastic fork underneath), opened the door, then replaced the sofa against the open door. We couldn’t have our ten year old daughter in a room by herself without access to each other.
The hotel is supposed to be smoke free. Not so. The elevator, hall and one of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The front desk offered us Febreeze and Lysol. This was obviously only a temporary fix, since the smell of those products don’t last forever.
The bed was comfortable enough so we did have a good night’s sleep, but the rooms are ugly and dated. There were popcorn ceilings, vinyl wallpaper and wrinkled bed skirts. We immediately removed the bedspread – given what we’ve seen on Hotel Hell, these things are usually filthy. More modern hotels use duvet covers which they can launder between guests.
They do have nice flat screen TVs but the remove worked intermittently. There is free Wifi but the internet was slow. They offer free parking but there were spaces available. Fortunately the hotel is adjacent to a shopping center so there was parking nearby.
They offer a free breakfast but unless all you like are carbs, I’d pass. There were bagels, toast, waffles (with syrup made from high fructose corn syrup). The eggs bore no resemblance to real eggs. The fruit didn’t look too appealing. You’d probably be safe with the cereal. The coffee was terrible but there is a Dunkin Donuts next door.
The bathroom was sufficient but dated. The hot water in the shower comes out scalding hot. The toilet paper holder was broken. Ironically, the housekeepers fold the toilet paper end into a little pouch with a pleated fan. Funny how they care about this little detail but not much else. The towels were incredibly thin. The bathmat so thin that it slipped as soon as you step onto it from the shower.
Like some other reviewers said, the front desk staff is extremely nice. They were apologetic about everything, but didn’t have any solutions to the problems. They repeated tried to tell us how they've won awards. I don't know who is giving these awards and what they are judging, but don't believe it.

We accommodate many guests each evening, and we strive to make their stay a satisfying experience. The principal goal of our hotel is to provide dependable service to all of our guests at reasonable prices.
In regards to our bedspread, you can feel assured that our bedding is cleaned on a daily basis. We triple sheet our bedding to ensure that all of our linens that come in contact with our guests have been properly cleaned. I am surprised that you mentioned our breakfast only serves carbs as we do also offer fresh fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs and various other healthy options. Additionally, I am sorry you did not appreciate our renovated bathrooms or updated rooms. If you look through pictures that previous guests have posted on tripadvisor of our bathroom you will note the improvements.
