My coworker and I stopped here, admittedly a little late on a weeknight for dinner. The first thing to know is watch for the signs, as it's hidden in a bizarre location behind a Red Lobster.
I found the service to be good, but we were more or less the only people in there. The waitress forgot things a couple times, but she was friendly and remedied it immediately.
It's a little strange - it's a very western theme - mounted stuffed animals, antler chandeliers. And they talk.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced. On your first Foursquare checkin, you get a free giant cookie (enough for 2 people to share).
They have a house Pale Ale brewed by Harpoon, which was excellent.
Overall, it's similar to a Texas Roadhouse or other reasonably priced chain places. The food was very good. I'd recommend it!
