Delicious and authentic food is what sets Ay! Jalisco apart from other eateries. The chicken nachos are a real standout, as are the burritos and other tortilla dishes. The fajitas are good, but stick with the chicken and shrimp - the steak has been tough and chewy on more than one occasion that I've had it.
Eat-in customers may find the restaurant a bit loud - many weekend nights there is a live singer who sings primarily in Spanish to taped trax. Multiple soccer games on large screen TVs are also a staple. The outside patio area is nice, but noise levels can be hit-or-miss there, too.
Good place for real Tex-Mex, done right.
