Mount St. Mary's is a charming little liberal arts college in the foothills of the Catoctin Mountains, themselves foothills of the Blue Mountains. Its handsome campus lies at the precise junction of a quaint farming area just south of Gettysburg, and the foothills themselves. A towering golden statue of the Virgin Mary overlooks the campus protectively. The students clearly are proud of their school; they're unusually friendly; and the campus has great unity and spirit. The seminary, considered one of the best, adjoins the main campus but is functionally mostly separate. All the Mount lacks is ... a football team!
