I've stayed at this hotel many times for overnight stays.

The rooms are good, the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything.

And the game room with billiard table is great too, LOL!

Good, free breakfast. This is a great overnight stay off of 95.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn-Edgewood on June 17,2006. The front desk service was excellent, very professional. The staff was constantly cleaning, etc. Our room was immaculate. We were upgraded from 2 double beds to 2 queen beds. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. We will be staying here again.

Don't be fooled by the fact this has a Hampton Inn name. It really should be something higher in the Hilton family of hotels food chain. You can't beat the location how nice this hotel is. I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay at Hamptons all the time.

Everything is nice: the lobby, the rooms and the staff.

I had to visit this hotel for business. The only room available at the time of my reservation was a jacuzzi room. I didn't think that was a bad deal - especially since my company was paying for it. However, I was thoroughly unimpressed overall by the hotel. First of all, I didn't get my wake up call on the first day I asked for one. When I asked why, they just said "oops!". Then on my second day the fire alarm had an electrical problem and was going off for almost three hours! It was piercing and painful to listen to. I found three cockroaches and one spider in my room which I left for housekeeping to find. One day, housekeeping didn't replace the towels in my bathroom and I had to go ask for them. And finally, the jacuzzi tub was a joke. When you turned on the water it just trickled out - it took over an hour to fill the tub to a level that was even reasonable and the water was never hot - lukewarm at best. And to top everything off - they were resurfacing the parking lot - so at any given time only a third of the lot was available for parking. And what was available was usually way in the back behind the hotel. Being a woman on travel by herself I didn't feel like that was very safe. The only good thing about this hotel is that it had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel in my life.

When I checked out there was a big sign on the counter that said if you are dissatisfied for any reason your stay is free. I had to argue with them to get one night free. After bugs, no wake up call, no towels and a three hour brain crushing fire alarm it was just the last straw that I had to complain to get a free night. I felt I had to write a review.

I won't be going back to this hotel if I can help it.
