Passing through Easton on business, I checked tripadvisor and saw the BBQ Joint. Some good reviews led me to some good local food. Cute local place, no frills, seats maybe 20 in a casual saw dust covered floor. Basic barbeque fare done well, reasonable prices. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs with collard greens and beans. Very moist and tender ribs with good smoke flavor, fall off the bone goodness. The Collard greens were very good, not over cooked. Beans were a Tex-Mex style with peppers in them, good but different. Can't beat the $2 Beers! Would re-visit next time through. Enjoy!
