I've been here for a week now. Things are nice. The room is clean and the kitchen useable. My only complaints; the "breakfast" is pretty much just a cup of coffee and granola bars, also one of the burners on the stove didn't work. On the good side.... Veronica at the front desk. Veronica was helpful in any and every way she could be. She was always AT the front desk when she was on duty, and she was ready to help; whether it was making change for the laundry, getting directions to local amenities or just a friendly hello. I felt welcome as I passed through the front desk area every time I came in or left. She made the time to help me feel like I was returning "home" every night I stayed. If they're smart here, they'll hold on to her... and give her a raise. If I'm in the area again, I'll stay here... just so I could stop in and say hello to my "friend", Veronica.

This is my 2nd time staying here and everything is SO much better and nicer than the first time. Everything from the fresh paint to the added shelf in the bathroom are great perks! The added morning coffee and healthy treats are great. Also, thank you Shazia and Veronica for your assistance. You both are always courteous, thoughtful, and helpful! Shazia, we loved the restaurant recommendation and will certainly go there again! Thank you!

Room was nicely decorated and this Extended Stay was clean. The breakfast take away was ok but the people were really friendly. This is close to arundel mills mall and Baltimore. There is no good view from any window but If you want a view, get a room at the harbor and spend a lot more money. Here is good value. It is like a 15 minute drive to the inner harbor so I had something nice to do on the weekend. I want to thank Veronica and Mary for their good service. I would and will come again.

This hotel is nice and comfortable. It is average but nice. The rooms all include a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The television is flat screen and there is the usual selection of channels including showtime. It was clean and relatively quiet. I was on the 3rd floor (smoking floor) which was fine because I am a smoker. It had a large group of utility workers staying on this floor but they were quiet. The highlight was the staff. They were all helpful and courteous. As many other reviews have mentioned, Veronica is a gem! She was very helpful with all I needed. She has a good knowledge of the area around so was able to give me directions and direct me to restaurants and shopping malls. I wouls stay again as it was good value for the money and it was comfortable
