I had a wondering experience with Veronica at the front desk. She was super helpful and so nice. She answered all of my questions and helped me with every request I made!!! I don't think I've ever had such wonder customer service. In other words, she actually seemed very happy to be at work and to help people out. I would recommend staying here to anyone passing through for business, as I was.

If I want to put a one liner for this hotel, then it will be "A Home filled with caring folks!"
The entire staff at Extended Stay America have been friendly and above all, truly caring. Very respectful, polite and always ready to help, no matter what time of day or night it is. They truly know how to walk that extra mile to make a guest feel right at home.

I would like to take liberty in particularly pointing out of one such staff, Veronica. No matter what day it is, how busy it may be, she just gets everything right. From the start of early morning breakfast, attending front desk, taking care of guests requests, she has done all of it gracefully. All of it with a smile on her face.

I highly recommend this hotel!

Extended Stay America- Columbia 100 Park Way- Columbia MD. It's a place to be. A place where you feel like home. The neat and clean in room kitchen make it the best. The in front desk Staff are very friendly and ready to help; especially Veronica. I missed the early morning free snack breakfast opposite side of the front desk.

I was here recently with a group of 14 other active duty military members. Our stay here was great but what highlighted by the friendly staff. Veronica (clerk) took care of us from start to finish. Cordial, friendly, polite and respectful...all at the same time. I even forgot a wireless speaker there when I left and she's taking time out of her own to mail it back to my house. How great is that? Ms. Veronica get's a 10 in a scale of 10 with two big thumbs up.
