We (family with two children) stayed here two nights in April 2007. While we could not fault the value, we were a little disappointed with a few things. The weather outside was cold and the floor in our ground-floor room bathroom was always cold, too. We paid for breakfast upfront, as part of a package, and turned up in good time to take it one Saturday morning but the breakfast manager tried to tell us breakfast had already closed. We and another party of guests complained and pointed out the declared closing time shown in both the room literature and alongside the breakfast bar. Eventually, he relented and allowed us to eat, but much of the buffet had already been taken away so we didn't get full value. When we mentioned this at the front desk, they apologised, but beware!
Otherwise, the room was clean, the indoor pool was great and there's a steakhouse next door for easy dining.
One other small gripe: it's not an easy hotel to find, in an area of offices and shopping plazas, as the Courtyard sign is difficult to spot.
So a few grumbles, but ones that could probably be easily resolved, and may have been by now.
