We only stayed one night but the room was modern and clean.
I only had a short interaction with front desk at check in and they were pleasant and quick. Room was modern and tasteful.
Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
I would stay here again.

Stayed here with a group that had booked over a dozen rooms for the weekend. 80% of us got lost or had a very hard time finding this place since it's mixed into the middle of a business park with no signage at all to guide you. It has got to be a madhouse during weekdays during rush hour. I'm sure they do not get any walk-ins because you'd never find the place. I guess if you're on a business trip and knew your way around it would be fine. The hallways were a little noisy but the staff is friendly and rooms are fine. Nice beds and pillows. The breakfast is kind of high at 10 bucks a pop unless you can expense it. For dinner there's a nice steakhouse only a few steps out the front door.

  • Liked — Once we found the place it was fine.
  • Disliked — Very hard time trying to find this place

We (family with two children) stayed here two nights in April 2007. While we could not fault the value, we were a little disappointed with a few things. The weather outside was cold and the floor in our ground-floor room bathroom was always cold, too. We paid for breakfast upfront, as part of a package, and turned up in good time to take it one Saturday morning but the breakfast manager tried to tell us breakfast had already closed. We and another party of guests complained and pointed out the declared closing time shown in both the room literature and alongside the breakfast bar. Eventually, he relented and allowed us to eat, but much of the buffet had already been taken away so we didn't get full value. When we mentioned this at the front desk, they apologised, but beware!
Otherwise, the room was clean, the indoor pool was great and there's a steakhouse next door for easy dining.
One other small gripe: it's not an easy hotel to find, in an area of offices and shopping plazas, as the Courtyard sign is difficult to spot.
So a few grumbles, but ones that could probably be easily resolved, and may have been by now.

  • Liked — Decent value; good pool; handy restaurant
  • Disliked — Misleading breakfast service; cold floor in bathroom

Stayed here for a friend's luau about 20 min's from hotel. relaxed in the indoor hot tub/pool area and made friends with other guests who were going to the red sox game. The hotel room is clean and had a balcony to sit out on. The front desk staf friendly and helpful with local directions. Really convenient to inner harbor/fells point..save your money, stay here and have more cash for restaurants and shopping.. Just avoid 95 when the game is about to start.

Four of us stayed here as an affordable alternative to the inner harbor during the Orioles/Red Sox series. A quick 20 minute (if that) ride to the inner harbor was very convienient, as the hotel is right off of Rt 95. Only 30 minutes to Washington DC. The hotel was very clean, and we were impressed with the housekeeping service. One day, we didn't leave the room until after 2PM and wasn't expecting housekeeping to visit our room, but when we came back at 9PM, our beds were neatly made, and new toiletries were added to the room. There was 1 couple, one single, and one teen in our room, and the room was large enough to accommodate not only the 2 queen beds, but also a roll-away bed (for the teen) without overcrowding the room. There's a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi that is open until 11PM - which our teen was happy about. Our only complaint was that the AC was in the corner, next to the computer desk, so the airflow was not optimal, and the room got very warm around 3AM. Breakfast was included on Saturday and Sunday. It wasn't anything special, and we skipped it on Sunday so that we could eat on the road to DC. You will definately NOT be at a loss for dining options within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. Our favorite was the Greene Turtle on McGaw Rd. We are planning to stay here again next year when Sox are in town.

  • Liked — Location, Value and Service
  • Disliked — AC located in weird spot, indoor pool only
