Okay, there are more "authentic" Mexican restaurants around. The menu hasn't changed in years. The decor is kind of hokey. BUT!!!! La Fiesta's large margaritas (on the rocks, with salt) are the perfect way to begin a weekend. For cheese lovers, the chili con queso is cheesy, a little spicy, and just the right consistency. The fajitas and queso burritos are tasty and the servings are large. The wait staff have been there for years and welcome you back, as does the owner. Prices are a little high for what you get, but their lunch buffet, specials, and coupons available from the local mailers bring the prices into a reasonable level for the "I don't feel like going out for a fancy meal, but I don't want to cook, either" kind of place to go.
