We recently stayed at the attached Holiday Inn and had very inconsistent experiences. On the first visit to this restaurant both the dinner and buffet breakfast were somewhat above average food and very good service. On our second visit (on a Sunday night) and discovered only a limited bar menu was available. The food was good and the service accurate and polite but on the slow side despite an almost empty restaurant. The following morning, the buffet breakfast looked OK but failed the taste test for a number of the items. Despite an almost empty restaurant, the service was extremely slow particularly when waiting for our server to return to collect the check and credit card. While we love the attached hotel, I doubt we will return to this restaurant.

I sincerely apologize for the inconsistencies in service we have provided to you as a customer. While our breakfast buffet is usually a favorite, we have re-trained all staff on expectations and consistency. We are re-training all staff of service pace and quality of product and hope that you will give us another chance. We are sorry that we let you down
