I stayed at this moldtell on Sat, Aug 8. Sure the price was reasonable. But you get what you pay for. The first room we were assigned to was FULL of mold. Mold all over the room. The second room we went to had mold on the shower curtain and in the mini fridge. After a much heated conversation with management, we did get our rooms for free. When we asked about compensaton for breakfast, it was suggested we could afford to pay for it ourselves. That tune changed when the manager opened up the mini fridge. Lets just say when the first manager came to check out room 264, even he said under his breath,"WTF". So if you decide to stay, check the room for mold on the walls, AC units and shower curtains. I will say, the Decoy Lounge was great and the bed was comfortable. The only plus for this miserible moldtell

First of all I got this hotel through a travel site and have stayed at 3 star hotel before that was very decent, but this hotel should not be consider a 3 star. Once I booked my hotel, I called to see if I could check in early if I arrive to town early and was told by the nightshift desk clerk that I would be charged extra to check in. The day I arrived, I called and spoke with the day clerk, I was told that I could check in at 1 pm instead of 3pm, so I sat in my car for 2 hours and 20 mins before I could check in after driving 4 1/2 hours. The hotel room felt damp, the AC was so loud it was hard to sleep, the hotel parking lot was so packed from the Decoy lounge that we had to park on the other side of the hotel. After the lounge ended, the crowd was very loud in the parking lot for hours after the lounge closed at 1 am both nights. This hotel has too many activities going on to get any rest, it was 2 birthday parties and the lounge on Saturday night, church services with loud instruments on Sunday morning, as well as, early morning vacuums in the hallway all this before 10 am on Sunday. Oh and the power went out on Saturday afternoon and no one from the hotel bothered to check on the guest to give updates on the storm or approx. when the power would be back on. It took two calls to get a fridge for our room. The ad had free breakfast, well when I asked I was told no we have a restaurant. The staff was not as friendly or professional but that is my personal opinion. Last, when we got home we could not log on to our computer, the hotel's Wi-Fi services messed our laptop internet login and we had to restore to previous setting before going to hotel, in order it to get it to operate again. Never never will I stay here again. This hotel would be perfect for someone "on the run" because they will definitely not be caught from falling asleep. The hotel was poor quality, rooms not spotless, and one vending machine on first floor (on the backside of hotel, other words one long long walk for ice). Not satisfied at all (!_!)

We spent 2 days here....the rooms were large and newer and very clean. Coffee in the room was nice but when I called for more creamer packets I was told sure no problem....but 3 calls later...never did get it. The only real complaint was they advertised "free continental breakfast" and they wanted 10 dollars said they didn't do free breakfasts anymore. But was very close and easy to DC so it was overall a great choice.

This place looked great from the outside but upon entering the building it became very apparent that it was in need of cleaning. Big throw rugs places around the main entrance had large and small stains. There was about seven large rugs and they ALL had stains. We headed up the elevator which had stained carpet to the hall that was all stained and walls in need of repair. Our room had six med to large stains and we kept our shoes on any time we walked. The shower curtain was stained for a foot from the bottom. The walls were terrible, Scuff marks and dirt covered every wall! We are not talking about one or two marks, we are talking marks covering the walls. When it came to the breakfast included with the room, we had to go to the computer room and print out a copy as proof for the front desk that it was included with our paid room. Other people had the same issue as us and were upset with the staff. Breakfast food was good but sparse. The staff was rude and not helpfull they were more interested in preparing for a paid brunch than is servicing guests. We did not feel safe in the hotel and it was full of people drinking in the bar. False advertising from travelosity and they should take it off the Top secret hotel. Front staff told me this place was redone six months ago! If that is true then they are not cleaning at all because this place was a mess. Did I mention the greasy, dirty head marks on the couches and chairs in the front lobby? Don't stay here unless you don't mind the dirt.
