“P.F. Chang = Poor Food Chang”
On a scale of zero to ten you have to be good at fractions to rate this establishment. OK - I do agree that like people restaurants can have a bad night.
We arrived and had to wait for the hostess since she was gone from her post. There was a large party before us which were seated and then it was our turn. Strong recommendation - DO NOT GET SEATED IN AN AREA WITH A LARGE PARTY.
We placed our order and waited 30 minutes. Patrons seated and ordering after us were served. I finally had to go to the front hostess/cashier area to ask where our food was. Shortly after the waiter comes by and tells us that the food was on its way.
Well, the food arrived somewhat warm. You can tell that the dishes had been sitting under the warming lights for a while. Two of the plates were poorly prepared - clumps of noodles and the salad served was nothing as was described in the menu.
After asking to speak to the manager, the individual ordering the salad asked if she would like her mango's, papaya's ,etc to be brought out since they were absent from the dish.
I must say the manager needs to develop some people skills. The manager did take the salad off the menu. However, during the conversation she was somewhat confrontational and seemed argumentative. My opinion - no people skills.
We have had take out orders there the night before and have eaten there several times before. Prior experience was that the food was consistent. Not this time.
Management needs to see what is wrong with the kitchen and and wait staff and correct it.
We wanted to leave our British friends with some good memories since they were going home the next day. However, we were left with very poor memories.
It will be some time before we return to this establishment.
