I'm still traumatized by this place. If there were any other places to stay, we would have left, but we were there for work and since everything else was booked up we had no choice. Looking back, sleeping in the car would have been better if the immediate area wasn't so questionable (Chestertown Historic District is nice, however). The lobby was hideous, the front desk clerk was belligerent, the room was dirty, the bathroom was small and gross. I honestly do not have one good thing to say. I found out later that it's used to place homeless people, there are drug raids reported, and it has bed bugs. Not surprised!! I saw some seedy things going on, but the single worst moment was when I woke up to find a bug crawling in my hair. Horrible, horrible, place. Do NOT stay here. Run far away.
