Stayed for three nights, and was amazed at the value for $$. Super included breakfast, two evenings with a light supper buffet, clean spacious rooms, wonderful charming friendly staff. The biggest exception was the unreliable internet. Endless frustration with it cutting in and out, or simply not available or painfully slow. Clearly not robust enough for the number of users. We had to try to time our usage when we thought others would be asleep, or having a meal. The weak signal was less weak in the living room, and almost non-existence in the adjoining bedroom. This was incredibly annoying. The front desk did send up an engineer, with a great attitude, but the system is simply not serviceable.
Front desk guy Wasel is the epitome of customer service - he's upbeat, knowledgeable, super charming, professional, and competent. Wow. The rest of the front desk staff, while extremely nice, need more training. They often did not have answers to questions about shopping, etc (I was told that there was no shopping to be had in the immediate area, and later discovered quite the contrary).
Lastly, but most serious, is the fact that the lifeguard at the pool spent most of her time working on a crossword puzzle, or Sudoku, or similar and very rarely raised her head to look around. There were tons of little kids running around, and it would have been easy for one of them to have fallen in the pool and drowned. This was at 5:15 p.m. last Friday (August 15th) - female brunette with pony tail.
Despite these issues (and especially the wretched internet), it was a great stay and a super place. Would definitely rebook.
