“Convenient, consistently clean pleasant accommodations and staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 days ago NEW

We travel to DC frequently to visit our daughter at American University. The Bethesda Court is 2 stops on the Red Line Metro from campus. It is a clean and cozy boutique hotel with the world's most pleasant and accommodating staff. Close (walking distance)to fun restaurants, grocery and drug stores. Comfy beds, good rates, breakfast too. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome !!! Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the rooms are. Staff is so accommodating to requests. Hotel is block and a half from METRO and close to many restaurants. They offer free shuttle service within 2 miles, which was awesome when visiting Walter Reed Hospital. Highly recommend this place!!! Will stay here again.

Clean and friendly. If you are working out, bypass the tiny gym on the second floor and ask the front desk for access to a private fitness center located off of the mezzanine level. No extra charge and you don't even have to walk outside. It's new and has everything you will need. Also, at check-in every guest is given two bottles of water and several hand wipes. Nice touch.

Room Tip: Sign up for Hilton Honors and they let you check-in early and select your room online.

The hotel is tucked on Wisconsin Avenue, it's easy to miss the entrance at first, but it's a middle range little gem. There is plenty of parking onsite ($15 a night) and it's walking distance from the metro station and many restaurants nearby, it's safe to walk around at night. The rooms are nice and clean, with decent size room and smallish bathroom - a bit more counter space here would not go amiss. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms offer fridge, microwave oven and Keurig coffee maker, that's so much better than the regular coffee makers that are usually found in hotel rooms. Breakfast is included, on offer are hard boiled eggs, cereals, bagels, pastries, bananas, apples, canned fruit, yogurt, juice. There is an outside patio with tables and chairs to enjoy breakfast or a lazy end of afternoon. The staff is mostly friendly. The elevator sounds a bit rusty and sometimes answers to calls with its own specific sense of priority, but it gets you where you want eventually.
This is in short a convenient, price effective and quiet hotel for a stay in the DC area.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful!

The room was nice, bed comfortable and it was clean.

A few minor issues.... the TV wouldn't work (it was unplugged, and easily remedied.)
The bathroom had ZERO counter space - the amenities provided were on a display which took up almost the entire space on the very small shelf, and the pedestal sink had no place to put anything.

The breakfast was nothing special - typical cereal, fruit, juice and coffee - there were hardboiled eggs (nice, because I'm gluten-free.)

Overall, a good location, plenty of great restaurants to walk to, and safe.

Room Tip: I had a room overlooking the courtyard, which was nice.

Sure this is average, but it is not a bad deal for the price. It is an old Ramada Inn that is now a little more boutique like, but shows its age. It does have a nice purposely old looking lobby. Small in all ways, but certainly clean and comfortable and they do have free breakfast and wi fi. Easy walk to the metro, good for sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay here for three nights. The room was spacious and it was easy to read, work on the computer (with good Internet access), and watch TV. The breakfast was a typical hotel cold breakfast, nothing special. The staff was very nice, and when I called to say I left a sweater in the room they quickly found it and mailed it back to my home.
