I've spent lots of time in Latin America and Spain, and Guardados is a great combination of both. If you're looking for authentic food, this isn't it exactly. It's a delicious fusion of both, but if your heart is set on truly Spanish food, you may be a little disappointed. However, if you go in with an open mind, it is a fun experience with interesting, delicious food. I recommend you talk with your waiter (all the servers are really nice and friendly) about what tapas you're interested in, and they'll help you choose the best ones for you. Similarly, they can recommend wines to go with your meal. If you don't like their recommendations, they'll give you something else without hard feelings. I've eaten here twice now and both experiences have been equally great. The bill may end up being a little more than expected, but for a tapas restaurant, the prices are very reasonable.
