Pros: Great location. Absolutely beautiful.
Cons: Made reservations but neglected to tell them I had a 6 month old son. When Edward's found out they wanted to charge me $50 more and move me to a different room with a smaller bed. I cancelled since the peak season reservations I had made were already very pricey. I got the general impression B&B's dont really welcome children and I can understand to a certain extent due to noise.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days in February. The Inn was a great size (small and intimate) and had a perfect location. The innkeeper was so friendly and kind, she had us feeling like we were at home. The grounds were lovely, being right on the harbor with the Ocean just a 3 minute walk away. The room was clean and well kept. Brunch was delicous and healthy with several options to choose from. We will definitly visit again!
