This is not the first time we've been here but this time was the worst ever. Normally we go in, get seated and proceed its our lives. Even last year when we had our daughter as an infant there was no issue. This year was different.
We went in and went up to the "please wait to be seated" area and stood there for about 10 minutes. We had almost everyone walk by, look at us, etc and not even ask if we were being helped. Not even by either their ice cream bartender (who I could've reached out at slapped) or their cashier who stood there the whole time.
Finally, someone who looks like a manager who was previously standing around approaches us and asks if we'd like to be seated. We say yes of course but we need a table for the stroller that has our sleeping daughter. Despite the fact that there are literally about 30 compact tables open, we are told we cant eat there because they are not set up to house a stroller. Seriously?? Where did customer service go? It was a couple hours before lunch, can't they move a couple tables that were 5 feet from us?
Apparently they don't want our business. Which is surprising because it seems like they need it with the poor and deteriorating condition of the restaurant. It's ok because we can find somewhere else to go where they don't charge for soda refills on a 6ounce cup 3/4 full of ice.
If you have a family and want to have an inexpensive lunch, DON'T GO HERE. If you expect to have decent customer service in any way shape or form, DON'T GO HERE.
