“Charming Bed and Breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW

We stayed here for 2 nights of our honeymoon and it was great, probably one of the best places we stayed and we were on the road for 10 days. We stayed in Room 4 (the blue room if you are looking at the pictures online). The bed was really comfy. The breakfast both mornings was AMAZING!! Deborah was a great cook and host. She gave us some good suggestions for restaurants and places to go. She also made a yummy dessert every afternoon for people to snack on as they came and went. The Inn was decorated beautifully, I especially liked the antique fans. The Inn was within walking distance of basically everything in the downtown area. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!!!

Room Tip: Room 4 was spacious and had a king bed but it is on the third floor and there is no elevator so you...

We spent one night at the inn. Our room was nice & clean & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, fruit, coffeecake & eggs benedict. Probably the biggest issue we had was parking. Parking is 2 doors down, down an alley and behind buildings across the street. We struggled finding a place to park to check in near the inn and drove several blocks, as there are many one way streets diverting us away from our destination. We finally had to call the inn to get directions. Probably including directions in the reservation confirmation would eliminate that.

Thank you for the kind words on the inn and our breakfast We are so sorry for the issue with parking We do offer free parking to our guest. Portland does have a lot of one way streets which I wish I could change also but can't . We ask guests to pull in front of the inn so we can get you checked in and room keys and we will be happy to give you directions to our parking spots which are just around the corner from the inn We have 6 parking spots in a very safe and well lighted area just a 2 minute walk from the inn. We do ask our guest if any problems please call and we will be happy to help you out
Warm regards

Two couples rented rooms 1 and 2 for two nights. We were all impressed with each breakfast Deborah so perfectly prepared. We were sorry that we had to rush through our second breakfast in order to meet the whale boat reservation we had made. It is the type of breakfast that should be savored. The rooms were comfortable. Free wifi is available. It is a close walk to the Old Port (although due to certain conditions we had to drive). Individual air conditioners in each room allowed us to control our own temperatures. It was particularly kind of Deborah to have our rooms cooled down before we arrived. We enjoyed the homemade cookies each evening. I also found the inn to be very quiet. Although all rooms were occupied, we did not hear any noises from any other rooms. My only wish would be earlier coffee. I am an early riser, so I would have enjoyed a cup of coffee earlier than 7:30. I didn't ask. Perhaps it could have been arranged.Parking was a half block from the inn. Not a problem once we were sure of the area. I would recommend The Inn at Park Spring.

We received a lovely welcome from Deborah who is a very genuine host who really wants you to make the most of your stay. The room was on the third floor, it was clean and quiet. The inn is about a 10 minute walk from town.

Breakfast was good and there is complimentary wi-fi.

Do your homework before arriving as there is a confusing one way system in the vicinity of the inn and parking is down the street, tucked away from view.

Lovely Inn within walking distance of everything Portland. The Inn keeper Deborah could not have been more attentive. The food was delicious from warm cookies to creative breakfast menus. Would highly recommend this destination for a restful weekend.

We stayed at the Inn at the end of May when we were in town for a wedding. The Inn is in a great location and it was easy to drive to (the free parking was great as well). It's about a 10min walk into the Old Port area. The best thing about the inn is Deborah's breakfast! She's a great cook and each morning breakfast was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

What a great place to stay! I cannot wait to come back and bring my girlfriends' group for a special getaway. Everything from the comfort of the bed to the smallest detail was outstanding. What a delightful couple the owners were as well as the innkeeper, Deb. Deb takes every detail into consideration with her wonderful breakfast menus. The outside of the inn had beautiful blooming flowers in a variety of colors with other welcoming decor. It is located in an ideal spot for walking throughout Portland and the "Old Port" area. Cannot wait for my next visit.

Room Tip: Try the two room suite with the quaint hidden staircase and private patio.
