We arrived at 12:30, high tide was in, so we thought it was just another ocean beach, wow were we surprised. About 2:00 a looked up from my beach not and looked across the water to see mostly sand. The had gone out and there was a large sand bar, that now allowed people to walk across the water to two small islands, which allowed them to climb some rocks and look around. It was really amazing what had been all ocean was now sand, it was really something to see. Families were having a great time with their children and exploring. Would recommend that you take with you some type of water shoe as the rocks are hard on your feet when you get over to the island.
