“The best B&B I have ever stayed at”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

My husband and I had a get away this past weekend and we stayed at the Beauport. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were really pleased with the accommodations. The hosts are incredibly nice and I have never eaten more delicious breakfasts. You have the pleasure of a gourmet meal without making the commute to a restaurant. Very relaxing spot. Can't wait to go back.

The Beauport Inn has a great history from its founders George and Cathy Wilson who built this magnificent Inn and now live a stones throw away . Thanks for all your your hard work and the memories shared with both of you in recent years. And special thanks for finding great new owners Linda and Ellen to continue the Inns success . The warm and friendly atmosphere provided by Linda and Ellen make us look forward to coming back again and again . To sum it up its not just a nice place to stay when visiting Ogunquit it's the the only place to stay when visiting Ogunquit See You Soon Cliff Scimone

We stayed in the Acadia Room for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall - the house, grounds, and pool area were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast Ellen whipped up each morning was fantastic, especially the blueberry pancakes and French toast. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the main Ogunquit beach. They also have a parking arrangement with the Roost Café, but that's a bit far as well (about a 15-20 minute walk). So just be prepared if you're planning to spend a lot of time there.

Room Tip: If available, choose one of the rooms with a screened-in porch by the pool.

Thanks for your review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure having you here.

Just so other folks know, the distance from our Inn to Ogunquit beach is 1.3 miles along flat terrain. We have complimentary bikes for guests, as well as beach carts and chairs for those who like to walk. Paid parking near or at the beach is another option.

Our free parking arrangement is about .8 miles from the beach, but it's more intended for those who want to go to Perkins Cove or the Mariginal Way, just a few blocks away.

I'm not used to write reviews but this time I must do an exception.
Beauport Inn is probably the best accomodation i've ever had in United States, and I've travelled many times and several states.
The INN is a manor, so it has been built with rocks instead of wood. Is wonderful, 0,5 miles out of the crowdy and noisy town, surrounded by forest and wild nature: bird, deer, turkey and more. We were in Provence Room, beautiful yellow & blue room with large porch with access to the pool.
The 2 owner/housekeepers, Linda & Ellen, are so delicious and lovely person! whenever needs do you have, they can help you. Park in town close to Perkins Cove? They have it. Bikes to go to the beach? They have. Beach chairs? they have. Do you want to have a sauna at 6 am in the morning? You can.
Ellen is a very nice cook, she usually wake up 5 am in the morning to cook breakfast for guests... every day something different...
Hope to be back there soon!
the price is absolutely right for the value you have here.
Thanks Linda & Ellen!

This was my first vacation in Maine. I stayed with a friend at The Beauport Inn, a beautiful inn located on 7 acres. The inn was beyond lovely. Each room was different with its own unique theme. Our room, called the 'Rose Room', was connected to a private patio looking out to the pool, hot tub and scenic yard.
One exceptional part of our stay was the outrageous breakfasts! Always trays of fresh fruits and gourmet dishes served with good cheer. The food alone is worth the stay.
Nice, nice owners, Lynn and Ellen, made us feel welcome and right at home. They even suggested sites to see and gave us maps and directions. They made the trip really special.
Thanks, Jane Savage

This was perhaps the most enjoyable, relaxing vacation that I have experienced in a very long time. The grounds were impeccably maintained, the tranquil setting was welcomed, and the hosts were most amiable and accommodating. All choices of rooms were warm, comfortable and inviting, with many from which to select. The breakfasts were as good as one could expect to enjoy at any fancy restaurant. I am more than looking forward to my next visit, since this is my featured destination when visiting Maine.

The Beauport Inn in Ogunquit is a lovely B&B run by two very friendly inn-keepers. We stayed in the Provence room which was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a screened-in porch.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed delicious breakfasts both mornings. My favorite parts were the outdoor pool, and bikes which we rode into town.

We hope to visit the Beauport again soon as a couple, or with friends.

Room Tip: All rooms are great!
