Away from the village crowd, right on Main Street, a kilometer away from the beach, nested against a small creek, this motel is not your ordinary motel. It is clean, quiet, the hosts, Brandee and Luke are charming and attentive and the whole facilities is extremely well maintained. It is not luxurious but it is homy and warm. It has all the amenities we needed: little Gazebos to have our breakfast and cocktails, flat screen tvs, unlimited call service to the US and Canada, AC and dehumidifier Wi-fi, fully renovated bathroom, a place to store our bikes, etc.... It doesn't have a pool but so what. I figure that If I drive 550km to swim in the ocean, I shouldn't care about a pool.

at the Towne Lyne Motel in Ogunquit, ME. This was the first time my family and I stayed at the Towne Lyne Motel. We usually stayed closer to Perkins Cove on Shore Road. The size of the room was fine for the 3 of us. The room had 2 full size beds...we requested a roll-away for my son. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were in the room with a flat screen TV attached to the wall. Only suggestion would be to put a small shelf below the mirror in the bathroom to place some of your toiletries. The grounds are immaculate...we stayed in the upper level facing the street. They also have a lower level facing the river and 2 gazebos! We will definitely stay there again.

This Motel is set up just like a home with a lot of details in the room. It is very clean and comfortable. Although it doesn't have a pool or free breakfast. There are gazebos in the back facing a small creek where you can eat or just kick back and relax.

We had to change our stay to a day earlier and they let us do so. That was highly appreciated. We came in very late on the first night so they just made arrangements for us. Upon returning to the motel, we got chocolates on our pillow! My daughter was absolutely delighted.

With a car, this motel is quite easy to find. It is along a main road close to town and all sorts of dining options. I highly recommend this place.

Came home to see the Atlantic ocean, family and friends. The motel has lovely lawns, and a river behind it. Inside and out show the finest of care. Rooms are comfortable and very clean with that New England charm. Brandee was so helpful and welcoming. I spent the best part of two weeks there seeing the coast and traveling inland a bit. I'll be returning to this peaceful spot.
