“Gorgeous beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

Beautful sand!!! They don't allow smoking which is so nice so the beach is so much cleaner. There are a few places to grab a quick lunch and also benches to enjoy the view if you choose not to walk on the beach or you can't because it is high tide. It was very convenient to our hotel so we could walk since it is pricey to park at the beach.

“Breathtaking”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013 via mobile

Perfect spot. Get here early and pay the 25.00 to park. It's a perfect spot with amazing views and a little sandbar area for the kiddos. Plenty of pristine beach to relax on and a great spot to surf or paddle board.

“Great beach at night”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2013

I confess I don't go to the beach in Maine during the day. But the town beach at night is a must for me every time I visit Maine. Plenty of people there in the evenings - even when it's foggy - and it's a beautiful spot for a nighttime walk. If you just want to sit and look out over the ocean and listen to the waves, there is a covered pavillion with seating. It's a quick walk from intown, but if you are a bit further away, there is parking ($) and also a trolley that runs until 11 at night in season.

“Beautiful Beach, Beautiful View”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

Crowded at high tide, but lots of room to spread out at low tide. Beautiful views, and riding the tide out from the marsh is always a good time.

“Great beach, but get there early for parking”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

Ogunquit Beach is a Maine rarity: all sand. But parking spaces are limited so get there early to make sure you get in. In the alternative, take the trolley from a convenient stop and get off at the beach. Chair and umbrella rentals are available so you need not carry that if it's a problem.
